Application:
This machine is widely used in the sterilization for food, biology, pharmacy processing industries. For example, natural fruit & vegetable juice . Concentrate jam. And so on.

Components:
Material tank, sterilizing tank, material pump, heat exchanger, ultra hot water generator and controlling system.

Controlling made:
PLC, touching screen, frequency con version speed adjusting, PID temperature controlling.

Principle:
First, sterilize the pipe, circulate hot water inside pipe more than 20 minutes. Then cool the pipe, second, sterilize the material. Pre-sterilized material is poured into material tank of sterilizater. Then pumped into pipe heat exchanger, so heat can be used completely. After that processing, material well be poured into heating pipe and be sterilized at certain temperature and delivered into filling machine.
